Saga Auto was founded in 1996, although its roots can be traced back to the early 90’s. Filters were the first group of products in our range. Our first product line MAX filters were purchased directly from our Japanese partner company TOWA Corporation. Then came Kashiyama brake pads, CTR suspension parts and DENSO spark plugs. Nowadays very few people remember that these brands were introduced to the Polish market by Saga Auto and for many years our company has been an exclusive distributor of those spare parts producers. Our long-term and successful cooperation with Japanese and South Korean producers allowed us to become an official distributor of almost all major manufacturers of spare parts fromAsia. In our product range you can find many renown brands: Aisin, Akebono, Denso, Exedy, GMB, NSK, NTN, Bando, PHC Valeo, CTR, Sangshin, Kashiyama, Tama, Mitsuboshi, SUN, Seiwa, Stone, Kayaba and SNR. We are an official distributor on the Polish market of all these brands, so we can provide our customers with the highest quality products supplied through authorized distribution channels. In Saga Auto all those famous names are being accompanied by our two private brands: Japan Line (OE quality comparable products) and Service Parts (our most popular aftermarket product line for Japanese and Korean vehicles at very attractive prices).
The idea behind the creation Japan Line brand arose from our desire to be able to offer our customers high quality products at very reasonable prices. These two seemingly irreconcilable qualities were eventually reconciled through the creation of our private brand called Japan Line which carries OE quality products from top Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese producers in our own packaging. The same products sold in manufacturers’ packaging are usually much more expensive, which is mainly due the producers’ pricing policies. Usually, top manufacturers sell their products all over the world under their own name and apply a uniform pricing policy for most of the markets.
How to make a relatively inexpensive product that meets the quality requirements of the end user? Such a dilemma had to be faced when creating a product line Service Parts, and the solution turned out to be relatively simple. The problem of high production costs affected virtually all major manufacturers of spare parts. It concerned both Japanese companies and those located in Europe. In order to reduce their production costs these companies began to move their factories to the countries which were quarantining lower labour expenses. Many renowned auto spare parts manufactures were relocating some of their factories to China, Malaysia and India.
